Next onto my least favorite discipline 'man vs saddle' can't believe even after 6 months of reasonable mileage i still spent half the course gritting my teeth because the charge spoon I have is a nightmare. Is it just me or should I man up a bit more.... there's no way I could double that ride if that's normal....any recommendations? Even with the Musical saddles again another 10mins off last time.
Finally relief and onto the run which I mostly managed without stopping thanks to a man with a hosepipe near the start of the lap, finished in 5.49, 26mins better than last time so hopefully I can keep the trend going next year.
