This is to formally notify Members that our AGM will take place on Sunday 17th November 2019 starting at 9.30 a.m. at Wetherspoons,109 High St, Maldon CM9 5ET.
Free breakfast will be provided.
All Members are welcome but we would ask that you confirm your intention to attend by replying to this email - this is so we can give Wetherspoons an idea of numbers.
As part of the AGM, we will need to vote in the new Committee. All posts are up for election so please consider what you could do for your Club. The matrix of positions and a brief description are attached along with the agenda.
